He previously spearheaded the Energy Financial Solutions (EFS) division at Pavilion Energy, focusing on risk management and hedging solutions that drove revenue growth. Most recently, as Chief Risk and Technology Officer, he strengthened risk governance and integrated technology systems to support strategic decision making.
